Lot 88 On The Park is an ideal setting for your next special event. From birthday celebrations, graduations, anniversaries, engagements, weddings and everything in between. Situated in the middle of Logis Blvd Park with great views and gorgeous décor event space and with easy access to our outdoor park area.

We can cater for up to 100 guests for sit down meals and banquets. Alternatively, we can accommodate up to 140 for standing, cocktail style events with canapés. Minimum spend for our functions is $3,500 Friday night, $5,000 for Saturday Night and $5,500 for Sunday Day. There is no room hire charge for the venue.


We cater for all dietary requirements and all our produce is Halal certified.

Grazing Table

Is available for $500 and can be selected with any below menus. Selection of Australian cheeses, olives, breads, crackers, dips, olives, fruits and cured meats.

Canapé Menu

There are 3 different Canapé levels to choose from.

There are 4 different Sit down menus to choose from.

For drinks, we have a fully serviced bar with a range of bottle beers, an extensive wine list and a cocktail menu that can be tailored to suit your preferences. We can organise a running tab for you up to your selected spend or you can choose a package below.

Audio & Visual

The room features Sonos connectivity available for no extra charge. The room is also fitted with a 80“ Samsung LCD screen with USB connectivity and slide show capability.

DJ & Live Music

We allow DJ’s and live Music, however suitable volume levels are set at the discretion of management.

Styling & Decorating

We encourage you to personalise your function by styling and decorating our premises, we allow up to 1 hour prior to commencement of your function to decorate the space.

Conditions & Booking Terms

To secure your booking a deposit of $1000 is required to confirm the booking and save the date. If you cancel with less than 3 months notice the deposit will not be refunded.

Property Damage

Any damage that occurs to our property is the liability of the host and all cost are at your expense.


We do not accept any responsibility for damage or loss of merchandise or property left at the venue by any person prior or after the function.
